Power generating equipment manufacturing industry is the strategic industry being developed with priority by the country. With the fast and continuous development of the national economy and the increased demand of power, CCJEC faces with new and unprecedented situation under the new condition of competition with all the domestic and foreign suppliers in Chinese market. With the various complicacy and the fierce competition of power industry, how to develop in future, to maintain the company's steady development and to effectively improve the economic interests, has become the most important issue that is in urgent need of solving.The text begins with the external environment (including: international and domestic power market environment, power industry condition at home and abroad. etc),and the internal environment (including: resource situation, technology level, product structure, etc).on the basis of it, describe the strength and weakness of CCJEC, especially emphasize in opportunity and threat, namely strategic analysis. According to the consequent, outline the strategic intention and strategic objectives of enterprises, put forward to the development strategy includes corporate-level strategy and business-level strategy, as well as the overseas market strategy. At the same time, the paper company with its own characteristics in the process of the implementation of the strategy, make certain exploration of the strategy of control and management.In this paper, CCJEC has its own unique advantages in small and medium-sized turbine market accumulated over the years, the future development of enterprises should be in the consolidation of traditional small and medium-sized steam turbine power generation business, and then adjust the existing business structure, and complete the transformation of strategic diversification; in the business-level strategy, enterprises should take the strategy that combined with overall cost leadership strategy and differentiation.
