As the two major measures in modern circulation field,E-Commerce and logistic are closely connected with each other.In recent years,Beijing Post Company did a useful attempt on this,which exposed the shortcomings of hardware facilities and management,especially the inconsistent situation between the upstream corporations and the downstream corporations of supply chain due to the distempered ness of related E-Commerce logistic system.By analyzing the impact E-Commerce environment brought to the post logistic,this article applied supply chain theory to the drawbacks of present post E-Commerce operation modes,combined the measures of case analysis, investigation method and mathematical model,put forward the developing strategy of building E-Commerce logistic center and developing "Third Party Logistics" for Beijing Post Company E-Commerce.In the E-Commerce times,the company needs to quickly and professionally in response to customers' special demands and build new logistics distribution centers relying on the mutual efforts between the upriver corporations and the downriver corporations to survive in the fierce competition.When more and more companies make use of the E-Commerce,thus more and more of them will choose Beijing Post E-Commerce logistic service system as their most ideal partnership.
