Evaluation System On Informationization Of Industries And Its Application

Information technology application is now being the world trend of development,and it's an important force promoting economic and social development.Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that we should integrate IT application with industrialization.Therefore,industry information technology benchmarking is becoming very important.The paper is to research on industry information technology benchmarking,with aim to develop a comprehensive set of figures to cover different industry information technology utilization level.The paper first to examine the concept of industry informationization evaluation system,and then follow to study relevant research results at home and abroad.The paper focuses on analysis and research on the model of informationization evaluation system.In this model,more emphasis on software technology in the informationization evaluation system,and,at the same time,The paper firstly make the integration of industrialization and informationization as one of the indicators of this evaluation system.The article gives access to all means of evaluation indicators as well as qualitative indicators into quantitative indicators.The benchmarking system will quantify each industry information technology application level.The comment will provide effective guideline,particularly useful for assessing application level of information technology at each industry.It also provided data to support development of Information Technology Economy Blueprint.
