With the continual development of financial globalization,marketization and informatization, the speed of financial innovation has become more and more quickly, financial pattern,organization and system are experimenting the conformation and recombinant which never seen before, the space concentration trend of financial institution is more obvious, the financial industry clusters provide a valid financial development environment for financial institution concentration, and show the comprehensive competitiveness of financial enterprises and regional finance to offer strong capital support for economic development of its region. So, studying on financial industry clusters competitiveness can be helpful to strengthen the prospective and systemic of establishment of our state regional financial development policies, and have important practical significance and theoretical significance.On this background, this paper learns from the related theory of financial industry cluster, Combined financial industry cluster development at present, Based on System Analysis to establish the index system of financial industry cluster competitiveness, then according to the present trend of financial industry cluster development, apply the former index system to evaluate the financial industry cluster competitiveness of Chongqing, Eventually, some correlative suggestions have been put forward. This paper studies main content: firstly, analysis deep the related schools of financial industry cluster, study mainly the evaluation index system of financial industry cluster competitiveness, establish the analysis framework of financial industry cluster competitiveness preliminarily ; study mainly the connotation,dynamic mechanism and restrictive factors of financial industry cluster competitiveness, on this basis, construct the index system of financial industry cluster competitiveness; besides analyzed deeply realistic foundation of financial industry cluster in Chongqing, then, evaluate the specific situation financial industry cluster competitiveness in Chongqing. This paper establishes the index system of financial industry cluster competitiveness, and use the constructed index system to evaluate the level of financial industry cluster competitiveness of Chongqing, then analyze research results in practical view; finally, on the basis of summarize, this paper puts forward countermeasure and suggestion which promote financial industry cluster competitiveness in Chongqing.
