Zhucheng has insisted on developing the city by industry and promoting agro-industrialization for several years. The unique development mode of social economy sets the"Chain Model"of transferring the rural labor force, which is a combination and innovation of transferring all kinds of labor force. All in all, it's to enhance the development of local leading enterprises and promote the transfer of rural labor force in different ways.On the basis of previous research results, this paper fully utilizes the resources of library, database of academic magazines, the actual effect information on the internet and some statistic almanac, documents, reports, plans, combining the research with analysis of statistic data, does the qualitative analysis as well as the quantitative analysis. This article analyzes the situation, problems, influencing factors, and specific mode of transferring rural labor force, and brings forward the basic method and countermeasures for rural labor force transfer in Zhucheng in order to promote the effective transfer ofAfter one year's research on the transfer of rural labor force, the author comes to the conclusion that accelerating the transfer and employment of rural labor force is a key to increase farmers'income and promote economic growth; developing the county-level economy is an effective method to quicken the transfer of rural labor force; improving the quality of the labor force is the fundamental condition and approach to accomplish the transfer of rural labor force; developing the industrial economy and constructing small towns are the central tasks to develop county-level economy.
