Research On The Design Of Training To Salesman In Pharmaceutical Enterprises Based On Knowledge Management And E-learning

With the rapid development of network information technology and reform of training ideas in Pharmaceutical Enterprises,constructing a training model which is under the guidance of knowledge management theory and based on the platform of E-learning system is helpful for correctly guiding the training behavior of pharmaceutical enterprises,upgrading the knowledge level of salesman,increasing the value of human resource continuously and then promoting achievements and implementing development strategy of the pharmaceutical enterprises.E-learning is a new training model,how to use it effectively combining with China's reality is a very concerned topic of domestic theory circle and pharmaceutical enterprises.This study proposes a design model of network training for salesman in pharmaceutical enterprises,which is under the guidance of knowledge management theory and based on platform of E-learning system.This design is a systematic approach,present an instructive design model for training to salesman,including pre-analysis of training implement of pharmaceutical enterprises,guidance of knowledge management theory,design and implement of E-learning training system,evaluation to training effects later.This study provides a fact to verify the feasibility of the training design process model and provides a support to research the network training for whole pharmaceutical enterprises,by a training design case based on knowledge management and E-learning system for the Anhui Branch of Zhuhai United Pharmaceutical Ltd.
