In the context of economic globalization, competition among enterprises isincreasingly fierce. Formation and maintenance of enterprise sustainable competitiveadvantage, to a certain extent, from simple elements material resources, money such ascapital, land to “knowledge management” return. In this process of transformation, in factknowledge management has become one of the most important instruments employed byenterprises which want to establish and maintain its own advantages of. Tacit knowledge isthe key to knowledge management. Establishing good operational mechanism andmanagement of tacit knowledge mode, maintaining and enhancing the core competitivenessof enterprises are enormous challenges to each learning type enterprises. Therefore,exploring learning-Enterprise operational mechanism and management model of tacitknowledge is of great theoretical and practical significance.On the one hand, for the in-depth research this paper defined basic concept such aslearning-oriented enterprises, tacit knowledge management, and explained Tacitknowledge management and Enterprise core ability of basic theory, also revealedEnterprise core ability and Enterprise hidden knowledge of interactive relationship toprovide theory support and solid of theoretical background; on the other hand, this paperalso analysis the principle and method of Tacit knowledge created process, reveals the lawand technology of Tacit knowledge transformation, pointed out the mechanism and way ofTacit knowledge spreading and sharing. Pointed out that "people-oriented managementprinciples to explain the incentives of employees with tacit knowledge; On the basis ofcognitive of tacit knowledge creation, we think that learning-type enterprise’s tacitknowledge creation and acquisition of enterprise’s tacit knowledge management are in oneof the most important aspects. According to this we put "theory of knowledge" in tacitknowledge creation and complete and develop the existing knowledge creation theory.Finally, this article on tacit knowledge management based on JAC Company and the basisof feasibility analysis, we also explore the tacit knowledge of the integrated model,proposed measures of strengthening the management of tacit knowledge.In view of the tacit knowledge stock of knowledge is not only a static, but a dynamicflow of knowledge. Appreciation to the core ability of enterprises must be in the flow oftacit knowledge. To this end, this paper analyzed the enterprise’s tacit knowledge spreadingfeatures, elements, characteristics and mechanism, explored the ways and measures of enterprise’s tacit knowledge dissemination and sharing. Tacit knowledge is the most reliablesource of enterprise’s core competence, however only tacit knowledge management systemswork well can enable enterprises to form and to ensure a lasting competitive advantage.Therefore from the perspective of maintenance and upgrade Enterprise core ability,according to enterprise tacit knowledge management system of countermeasures, wedesigned a system of dynamic process, put the basic principles of design and optimizationsystem, constructed the basic model of Enterprise’s tacit knowledge management system,probed running mechanism of Enterprise tacit knowledge management system, perfectedand developed Enterprise’ dynamic core competition ability theory.
