Research On Risk Control Of Outsourcing In Logistics Of Household Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Enterprise

Modern manufaturing enterprises become more and more difficult in order to benefit from economy of scale and technology progress,logistics has become a important source that the modern manufacture enterprises can improve core competitive ability and realize the most profit,i.e the third profit source.Especially to household electrical appliance manufacturing enterprise, the cost of raw materials is 53 percent, but circulation cost is 30%—40% of total cost, logistics has become the last domain that can improve enterprises'profits.In order to realize the third source,the key factor is reducing logistics cost.Due to logistics is not the enterprises'core competitive ability,so household electrical appliance manufacture enterprises tend to outsourcing in logistics.However, logistics belong to support industry of State Department in 2009,logistics market in our country is not very mature,the 3PL services are not very perfect, so risk of outsourcing in logistics is unavoidable.Combining with the characters of household electrical appliance industry and logistics to control the risks of outsourcing in logistics.First,we must identify the latent risk such as management risk,information risk,time risk ,finance risk and so on.We discuss the risk mechanism form the point of system power, commission-vicegerent, limited logos and so on.Evaluation all kinds of risks, combining with the characters of time competition, we apply risk matrix and Ballot theory to evaluate all kinds of risks,confirm the key risks such as the selection of suppliers,informatiom risk, time risk and so on.According as result of risk evaluation,we implement beforehand risk control and process risk control from the points of the selection of 3PL and time risk. As to selection of logistics suppliers,we build appraisal indexs from the points of logistics cost,operational efficiency, management effect,hardware level,information level and staff diathesis. We apply Principal Component Analysis to select logistics suppliers in order to reduce the complexity of selection. As for time risk,combining with the character of basing on time competition of household electrical appliance industry,we will control process risk from the point of time competition,confrim the bottle-neck unit of logistics in outsourcing ,and increase investment to bottle-neck unit so as to the enterprise can stand time risk.
