The way of China's reform and opening up is not very long. During its mergence into the world economy, our enterprises will inevitably encounter a wide range of issues. To solve these problems completely, human resources are eagerly needed. so,human resources management is playing an increasingly important role as the core competitiveness of enterprises, and then the management of salary is a key point in human resources management.The midlevel managers are these persons who are in between the decision-making level and operational level in Enterprises, are a bridge of communication with high-level and primary level managers. On the one hand,the midlevel managers impel the strategies from high-level decision makers to primary operational runners,on the other hand,they take charge of the feedbacks to high-level managers on the problems of putting the plans into practice by primary level managers.The midlevel managers are one of the best valued resources in an enterprise,they have a direct concern in the enterprise's success. So,it is truly a significant study how to attract the midlevel managers, to stay here and stimulate them.Firstly, the paper summarized the theories of the midlevel managers'Compensation System and research methods, the significance of the midlevel managers,analyzed the trouble of the midlevel managers'Compensation System in Tianyuan Construction Group of Hunan and its Consequences on enterprise's development.And then,by using SWOT, got stratagem programming and the aim in the nearest future of the company, adjusted the Organizational structure. Following by, based on get through with a lot of basic work of post analysis and evaluation, performance appraisal and evaluation, market and Pay Satisfaction survey, to improve Midlevel managers'Compensation System Design of the company of Tianyuan.Finally,the new Compensation plan was compared with the old one,and anticipated the effect in operating process.This text take the modern salary management theories as the leading, according to lift questions, analysis problem, problem-solving way thinking, insist the principle that theories physically combine together, take company of TianYuan the research object, combine the development strategy of the company, designed and carried out a set of salary system which is suitable for this enterprise to develop under the condition currently. hope to provide the salary frame that can be provided as reference for the similar enterprises, and manage the mode to the enterprise salary to rise to throw the function that the brick leads the jade.
