Abstract: The paper regards BN group as a researched object, which has reformed its system but its current salaries system is still characterized by technical post wages so as to dent working enthusiasm of critical post employees due to seniority. Therefore, wages don't function as stimulating employees in work. Considering this, it probes into the current wages system, through combining theories into practice, for the sake of entering into a set of scientific reasonable system.Firstly, the paper discusses the background and the significance of the research, describes the importance in researching the wages, historically reviews the development stages of wages theories and finds out the linkage of productivity to theories of wages.Next, it conducts insight into the current situations and staff in BN group and so forth, dividedly evaluating posts, designing the wages structure according to the characteristics of different posts and the payment theories, so as to place the foundation for the whole company's salaries system. The company actually determines the wages system with the post wages being a mainstay, which is in line with the market economy and the modern enterprise's system and reflects the value law. This new system makes up for the pitfalls from the post wages system for including the bonuses of educational backgrounds and professions which can embody increases in knowledge and skill. What is more, employees can jump into higher posts provided outstanding performance and capacity. Hence, a comparative fine wages system is formed.Finally, in order to safeguard putting into effect and operating the system, the paper proposes the countermeasures for BN Company's performance evaluation and makes advice on work, for the purpose of securing the function of motivating staff.
