Study On Dynamic Control Method Based On The Project Controlling Of Highway Cost

It is an important issue to study on cost control method of highway construction projects. In the highway construction industry, dynamic control of the point of view has been for many years. In practice, many units had imply a number of methods and also made a lot of experience. However, throughout summing up the dynamic management approaches, we found that they can only to achieve the additional cost of the original, basically belong to remedial measures. In this paper, a new dynamic management cost effective way based on the total control management model to control the management of the total cost is mentioned to achieve "pre-control" thinking, with a view to achieve cost "before" control.Projects controlling model will be taken to the total cost quoted highway construction, because the owners of highway projects in China's lack of organization and management of the status quote. It is to achieve to clear the objectives and tasks, charge the organization of total cost, design workflow, build pre-control system of highway costs, and to strengthen the management of the owners of the cost.In this article,Department of the cost control gets information through the establishment of the collection of platforms after the research of decomposition methods in investment in highway projects .It also establishes the police model, analyze the status quo bias and the cost performance with earned value method.then, economic forecasting neural network model is designed through the study on neural network theory and derivation of BP neural network learn formula. Low of changes is summed up according to the developments of highway construction projects at past and present. Economic forecasting model is build after analyzing the use of BP network, early warning systems is set up. The two warning lines are compared with the forecast results to sign early warning to build a dynamic control system.Finally, QingLian high-speed transformation of construction project is analyzed, the results show that the cost of the establishment of dynamic control system has good practical value.
