Analysis Of The Promoting Effect Of Information Services On Economic Growth In Hunan Province

Along with the dissemination and application of Information technology, information service plays a prominent role in the economic structural adjustment and transformation of the economic growth mode. This paper refer to the theories and methods that information industry role in economic growth, and pay attention to the mechanism of information services industry contribute to economic growth, also combined with the specific situation in Hunan province.At first, the paper analyses the principle of services of industry promote economic growth, by optimizing the element of production, adjusting the economic structure and stimulate endogenous technological progress. Then embarks from the Hunan Province information service development course and the present situation,it analyses some problems which exists in the developing process of Hunan Province's information service. In substantial evident research part, one is utilize the sum of the IT and software business sales revenue and operating income of the telecommunications to replace the information service output value, and calculate the contribution rate of information services. On the base of this, research the relationship between the development of economic growth and economic growth, by using regression equation. The second is using co-integration test to verify the long-run and balanced relationship between information services and economic growth. Finally, give the related policy suggestion according to the examination result.As the function of information services getting more and more important, the methods and conclusions including in this paper, will provide a realistic meaning to find a solution for the further developing of information services.
