An Analysis Of The Relationship Between The Industrial Structure Adjustment And Economic Growth In Dalian

The current world multi-polarization and economic globalization is developing in depth, and economic growth began to slow down. The world is moving in a wide range of adjustment of industrial structure. The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China reports: we should promote strategic adjustment of economic structure; it is the main direction to speed up the transformation of the pattern of economic development. Now the growth rate of China’s economic development has entered a phase shift, the early throes of structural adjustment and stimulus digestion phase of the superposition of three phases. 2015 is the "twelfth five-year" final years, Dalian municipal government to promote healthy steady economic development and speed up the construction of the industrial structure optimization of the forerunner area as a future development goals to constantly adapt to the new normal, seek new development. Dalian economic development exist the problems of low level of rationalization and fundamentals. In addition, the quality, efficiency and speed of economic growth is uncoordinated.The purpose of this paper is to study the correlation of the adjustment of industrial structure and economic growth in Dalian, puts forward policy Suggestions to promote the economic development in Dalian. First of all, the industrial structure and economic growth related theories at home and abroad were reviewed. From the perspective of high-level industrial structure and the rationalization, analyze about the present situation of industrial structure in Dalian. And the qualitative analysis of the present situation of Dalian city economic growth at the same time, choose the quality and efficiency of economic growth, speed related indicators, research on the relationship between the three correlation. Secondly, this paper uses grey relation analysis method to calculate the correlation between industrial structure and economic growth in Dalian, and combining the granger causality test, respectively from three aspects as the quality and efficiency of economic growth, speed and rationalization of industrial structure and the fundamentals of correlation research, and the validation results analyzed one by one.Therefore, this article finally according to the background of the industrial structure adjustment, principles and direction in Dalian, respectively from the optimization of industrial structure and transformation of the mode of economic growth in Dalian economic development put forward effective countermeasure and the suggestion, realize the sustainable development of economy, society and nature.
