The Research On Investment Efficiency Evaluation Of Power Plants Construction Project

In this paper, a thermo generation construction project investment efficiency evaluation system has reconstructed based on AHP and RBF neural network, and a power generation project was used to assessment research. The basic content as follows:Firstly, The investment efficient evaluation system,which is constructed in this paper,has adopted AHP Method to decide the weight of each index in order to avoid the deficiencies of single subjective scoring method. Secondly, after the weight was decided, by dozens of investigations, a constructing project was choused and scientific and dependable data has gained to conduct experiment analysis. The outcome of final evaluation value is elaborated by used of RBF neural network method step by step.In the process of the analysis, the detail ways is introduced. In fact, this method is easy to do and simple to be applied to practice.
