| By technologic and principles and methods,the thesis discusses questions about economic and social benefits of the urban power network renovation.It sets up a quotas system to evaluate economic and social benefits of urban power network renovation and analyzes the plan of HanDan urban network renovation.At last,it draws a conclusion to the plan and gives some suggestions to improve it.The thesis discusses questions of technologic and economic evaluation methods.It puts forword a fuzzy degree evaluating model to solve the problem of giving quantitative analysis to qualitive quotaes. |
