The Research On The Supplier Selection And Evaluation Of Thermal Power Enterprises Under Electricity Market Environment

The introducing of power market can promote competition of generation companies, improve running efficiency and optimize collocation of resource. But it will bring many kinds of uncertainty, with the coal enterprise market is becoming more competitive, strengthen management of the power generation business appears to be more and more important. In this paper, according to the special nature of coal enterprises, we first analysis relationships between the coal business and its coal suppliers; and then fired for suppliers to build the index system. Then we analysis the strengths and weaknesses of varies evaluation methods and decide to adopt the combination of subjective and objective weight and use the multi-level gray associated model for the problem of coal-fired suppliers'evaluation and selection.
