At present,Performance Evaluation in the power supply enterprises is aimed at the organization,but short of effective evaluation methods for the individuals.Although the power supply enterprises have already put target management system into practice,this kind of system is not objective and overall for the Individuals,for it is divided into many grades. So it could not excite the employee's positivity or go-aheadism,and the evaluation could not get the management goals of cohesion,giddiness and excitation.On the other hand,because of the large differences no matter in industry character,manufacturing character or in member composition between the power supply enterprises and the other commodity production enterprises,we can not copy the performance evaluation methods of others,so we need to research on the new methods suited for the characteristics of the power supply enterprises. This paper adopts Yibin Electric Bureau as a study object,analyzes and evaluates the detailed content of the Performance Evaluation carried out in this enterprise.Meanwhile,it discusses the positive effect and the shortcomings of the scheme and offers some advices for further improvements.This paper firstly expounds the basic theory of Performance Evaluation and Target management,discusses the rationale of the performance evaluation system that guided by targets and its effect for power supply enterprises.Then it analyzes the industry characters,the manufacturing characters and the employee characters of power supply enterprises.Based on this,the paper discusses the particularity of the employee performance evaluation and the feasibility and adaptability of the performance evaluation of target management.Thirdly,the paper takes Yibin Electric Bureau for example and detailedly analyzes the structure organization,the evaluation guideline confirmation and the evaluation methods and grades to gain the venation of the practical.At last,it objectively evaluates the effect of performance evaluation of Target Management in Yibin Electric Bureau.The study shows that the very scheme plays a pretty positive effect on the general performance and the labor resource management.However,there are still some shortcomings which should be further improved.
