It is the necessary means to improve decision level by summarizes and evaluates the construction project. The paper summarizes the real results of pre-projects-building– producing and original object and task through analyses the power plant construction implementation process, then to whole relative analysis and evaluate. According to"enforcement regulation of DaTang Corporation"and real circumstances, we establish index system, and it reflects the each stage of whole construction implementation process. We use BP neural netwok and SVM to evaluate, and then we can get a reasonable result. According the evaluation result, we can know if the project successful. Then we can get some experiences for the other construction projects.
