Study The Operating Risk Of Power Listed Company

This paper analyzes kinds of operating risks that listed power companies will face, and designs the comprehensive evaluative indexes of risk according to the financial data of listed company. First of all, based on the status quo at home and abroad about operating risk, we bring forward that power listed company will face different operating risks in different operating circumstance. Secondly, we summarize the external risk listed company will face in practice, according to the policy and law environment, macro-economic environment and so on. Thirdly, we use principal component analysis building the comprehensive evaluative model of risk to analyze the internal risk, followed the financial data collation of power listed company. In order to gain the perfect performance, we put forward same advices that power listed company can adopt to manage the whole operation and avoid risks effectually.
