| The construction of Nanyang Yahekou No.2 power plant project is based on the power load growing needs of Henan province. It is in favor of regulating hydro-power grids in central china to achieve the allocation of resources within the wider optimize, and it is conducive to the safe and stable operation of power grids.In the project analysis and decision-making process of investment, the pre-evaluation of construction project has a very important position and role ,it is an essential work processes in decision-making process and it provides direct evidence for projects. This article described the research background and the technical line; in details introduced the pre-evaluation theory; discussed the need for construction projects; from the transportation, water resources, geology, storage yard, and other aspects to analyze of the project site selection; expounded the project fuel sources, fuel quality and fuel and transportation fuel conditions; systematically analyze the project investment, carried out a analysis of the economic benefits and sensitive; gave a comprehensive evaluation of the project's environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources of the measures; finally, came to the conclusion that the construction of Nanyang Yahekou No.2 power plant projecct is reasonable and feasible. |
