Countermeasure Research Of Industry Cluster In YEDA

With the development of the world, whether or not industrial clusters can be formed is a key issue in winning regional competitiveness .The success of industrial clusters in the world stimulated the research interest of lots of experts.On the foundation of the theories, this thesis mainly analyses the industry cluster of Yantai Economical &Technological Development Area (YEDA) and makes suggestions for the future development through the methods of industry cluster.Chapter one and Chapter two .It introduces industry cluster theory of lots of experts and the success of industrial clusters domestic and abroad.Chapter three introduces the development of the industry cluster in YEDA .It analyses the regional advantage & disadvantage of the industry cluster in YEDA,the feather of the industry cluster in YEDA and the new coming industry cluster.Chapter four analyses the factors which will support the industry cluster in YEDA such as HR and service. The countermeasures are given, such as increasing the support to the core companies, helping them to improve their creation capability, helping the new generation of the industry cluster and making the service factors better.
