The main findings of this article can be summarized as follows:(1) In the theoretical research, the article through an analysis of employment effects of tourism, consider a comprehensive assessment of employment effects of tourism, not only to study the development of tourism because of the reception to the employment situation of those who have had a positive contribution, but also study tourism economy in the process of expansion of employment whether it is efficient, so this article from the performance and efficiency to define the employment effects of tourism.
