Along with city high-rise construction and underground projects flourishing, the Scale and complexities of underground projects enlarge increasingly, and resents many characteristics,such as long period,great invest,complex inner structure, wide spread external relations and serious influence. As a result of deep underground projects complexity, in the construction process, there are massive uncertainty factors,each factor can influence the project, and increase the risk probability. In order to guarantee the engineering construction go on well, It is completely essential that the risk factors were identified,analyzed and evaluated,objectively and reasonably,and take corresponding measures.Firstly,the author has analyzed the option and characteristic of the risk analysis,as well as the characteristic of the underground projects and the risk administrations. Secondly,the main process of risk management has been discussed deeply, which include risk recognition,risk assessment,risk manipulation and domination. Attempt to present a systematization,sequencing and institution risk management process. Risk identification is the foundation of risk management; risk assessment and estimation are the keys of risk management;risk management and risk decision-making are the cores of risk management. These stages of risk management come into being a dynamic closed-loop system; Along with risk management plan implementing, the risk can appear many varieties,these changing information should be promptly feed back to the risk superintendent,Enables they promptly to carry on the analysis to the new situation and adjust risk manipulation plan,in this way,the risk superintendent can achieve the anticipated goal. Finally, the author has studied the decomposition analytic method and analytical hierarchy process with emphasis. Attempt to apply the deep foundation pit project risk management to Weifang,carry on the risk identification with decomposition analytic method,and appraise the project risk with analytical hierarchy process in the process of entire design and construction. After elaborate the effect of these measures, the abstract author emphasize the practical significance of risk management in deep underground projects The risk assessment for the underground projects is extraordinary complex,the author propose some own opinions about the underground project risk management theoretically,provide a kind of way of thinking and frame that analyzing and solving the question,in order to instruct some people working in the underground risk management.
