With the deepening of the "Internet Plus" influence on various industries,especially the rapid development of mobile Internet technology in recent years,the Internet is changing our living and working environment at an unprecedented speed.The penetration,integration,and innovation of the Internet in various fields have become an irresistible trend.The Internet software industry has ushered in tremendous development.However,due to the characteristics of software projects themselves and the many uncertainties faced by projects that are integrated with various industries,internet software projects are facing great risks.Now that the influence of Internet software on people's lives is increasing,the software industry itself is gradually maturing,competition is becoming more intense,and the losses and impacts caused by software project failures are also increasing.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of Internet software projects,which will increase the probability of success of the project.This article combines the project risk management and software project risk management theory to conduct risk management research on a media platform construction project.Firstly,the theories and research status quo and methods of project risk management and software project risk management are reviewed and introduced.The characteristics of software projects and Internet projects are analyzed.Secondly,the project risks are fully identified by brainstorming and the initial results are obtained.List of risks,and then combined with expert opinion,through the construction of the WBS-RBS matrix,to obtain a formal risk identification list,a total of five major categories of 26 risk factors;then,full use of the respective advantages of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods,through qualitative and The combination of quantitative methods,the establishment of a hierarchical structure of risk factors,the establishment of the weight of each risk factor,the final assessment of all levels of the project risks and the overall project risk;Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,the main risks facing each risk classification Targeted risk control measures will be put forward,and risk control measures will be implemented in specific tasks and persons in charge to improve the enforceability of risk management measures.In the process of the combination of theory and practice,the paper comprehensively considers the convenience,operability,accuracy,and scientificity of risk management measures,adopts different methods and tools for risk management in different steps,and gradually builds suitable media platforms.Construction project risk management processes and mechanisms,and verified in practice.The research processand results of this paper have certain guiding significance for the risk management of software projects,especially Internet projects,and have strong practical reference value for the Internet project risk management of the media industry.
