| Resent years, auto industry in our country is experiencing the dramatic and exploding increase. According to some prediction, the growth of motor industry will be 1.5 to 2 times than that of GDP. The development of auto industry is not only important to the economic growth in our country, but also become one of the most important part of the automobile market in the world. As the leader of the auto industry, the financial performance of listed companies of auto industry in our country has aroused broad attention. With the vigorously development of auto industry, it has certain practical significance on the auto industry in our country to do a systematic analysis on the financial performance of listed companies of auto industry in our country.This thesis was according to the data which were listed in annual statements of listed companies of auto industry, based on comprehensive analysis of various index system of financial performance which was commonly used in and out China. It chose the commonly used indexes to build an index system synthetically applied statistic analysis method, to do a study on profitability,operation efficiency,liquidity and growth ability of auto industry inChina. Then chose a repetitive company------Yu tong Auto Co.Ltd and did a syntheticallystudy on profitability,operation efficiency,liquidity and growth ability of the financial performance of the company. Based on the study, relevant suggestion was given on the pants which need to be improved.There are 7sections in this thesis. In section l,the goal and researching summarization were introduced. Section 2 is named " The introduction of financial performance evaluation of listed companies", Focused on the definition of the financial performance evaluation and the constituent elements of the listed company's financial performance evaluation of it provided the sustainment for other sections. Section 3 is named "the foundation of the financial performance evaluation in listed company in auto industry. The principle and elements of the establishment of the financial performance evaluation are described. Section 4: the empirical analysis of the overall financial performance in listed companies in auto industry. It evaluated the consolidated financial performance of listed company in auto industry. Section 5: case study of the financial performance evaluation of listed company in auto industry. Under the background of the overall financial performance in listed companies in auto industry, it evaluatedYu tong Auto Co.Ltd in profitability,operation efficiency,liquidity and growth ability from 2003 to 2007,which provided the necessary preparations for improvement. Section 6: measures to enhance the financial performance of Yu tong Auto Co.Ltd.in this section, it compared the high level and general level with Yu tong Auto Co.Ltd to determine the strength and weakness, then analyze the reasons, and ultimately make recommendations for improvement. section 7 is named "Conclusions and expectation". Yu tong Co.Ltd was used as an example of this thesis. from the synthetically analysis of this company and suggestions which were provided to this company, this thesis provided an example to other listed companies in auto industry in China. the main problems of the company commonly existed in many listed companies in China, this thesis provided suggestions to other listed companies in auto industry in China. |
