Dynamic Analysis Of Financial Performance Evaluation Of Listed Companies In Jilin Province

In China's market economy system,the listed company ,the most typical representative of the Modern joint-stock company has a tremendous effect on the promotion of China's economic development and the prosperity of the market。In 2010 there are totally 33 listed companies in Jilin Province since 1993 the first listed company has been established, these listed companies are industry-leadings in Jilin Province and even nationwide,and they played a essential role in the economic development of Jilin Province。Performance Evaluation of Listed Companies is a new research project in the area of economic management,and also a new business practice under the conditions of the socialist market economic system. The financial performance have a large weight in the performance evaluation system, it is comprehensive and easy to collect data,so the financial performance evaluation will inevitably become an important component of the performance evaluation system. Moreover , the financial performance is the basis for enterprise survival capability and development,but also the fundamental driving force of enterprise development,enterprise performance evaluation system should be based on an analysis of the financial performance of the main content。At present,there are a lot of performance evaluation methods at home and abroad ,and different evaluation methods may come to different conclusions, but now there is no method regarded as the best. In this article we use grey relational analysis method,and select a number of financial indicators from the profitability, solvency, asset management ability and the ability to grow four aspects,to evaluate the financial performance of listed companies in Jilin Province,and then to sort the results of the evaluation between the companies and industries.Analysis the status and the overall strength of the company accurately based on the analysis of the evaluation results,figure out the role and status of different industries in the process of economic development in Jilin province.In this paper,we first analysis the reason of the ranking changes in some industries,especially the impact of the related policy changes to the industries ranking changes,then draw the conclusion.
