Research On Corporate Performance Evaluation And Financial Analysis Issues Incorporating Environmental Factors

Nowadays, the world industrialization and urbanization process continues to accelerate,scientific has been developing by leaps and bounds; technology is changing with each passing day. While the whole word is promoting social productivity rapidly, it also brought many prominent resources and environmental problems. With the concept of sustainable development,circular economy and low carbon economy has been rooted deeply in people's mind, resources and environmental issues get more and more attention. However, So far the theory and practice of performance evaluation and financial analysis of enterprises has been focusing more on enterprise financial interest factors and neglecting some important non-financial factors, which leads to the results of the evaluation can not fully reflect the requirements of sustainable development of enterprises. When environmental issues become focus of social concern, in order to make the enterprise stakeholders grasp of all aspects of information, while enterprises undertake environmental responsibilities, it is also necessary to provide enterprises' comprehensive performance including consideration of the envirornmental factors the at the same time. Therefore,in order to comply with themes of sustainable development today, it is urgent to establish a comprehensive performance evaluation and financial analysis methods and indicators system to improve enterprises performance including environmental factor, which is good for the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper first review the course of development of domestic and foreign corporate performance evaluation and financial analysis system, and analyses similarities and differences of the enterprise performance evaluation and financial analysis; Secondly, it expounds the-underlying theory of sustainable development, circular economy, low carbon economy, and social responsibility to elaborate the necessity of including the environmental considerations into performance evaluation and financial analysis. Thirdly this paper puts forward a comprehensive performance evaluation and financial analysis system which has integrated environmental factors into on the basis of analyzing many of the inadequacies of the traditional sense of corporate performance evaluation and financial analysis methods and index system, it constructs evaluation index system of enterprise performance evaluation and financial analysis method which adding environmental factors from the three-dimensional point of view of the economic, environmental and social benefits, then combining qualitative and quantitative approach, using Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the index weight coefficient, establishing o fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to the fuzzy of evaluation; Finally through the application of the model and empirical analysis, this paper do a detailed analysis of the results of the evaluation of empirical enterprise and make some corresponding suggestions to improve enterprises'comprehensive performance.
