A Study Of The Interactive Mechanism Between The Creative Industrial District And Urban Renewal

With the rapid development of economy and the coming of post-industrial society, the cities have gone through industrial city to service city. In this big paradigm shift of city, there is a kind of interactive development between the creative industrial district——the space forms of creative industry and urban renewal. Especially in thedeveloped cities like Shanghai, the pace of urban renewal is more and more quickly. And the left industrial buildings become the space carrier of creative industry. Promoting the orderly development of the service-based economy and city has become an important topic in the new age.Creative industrial district is the highlight of urban development and the new economic space in 21 century, on behalf of the dominant direction of industrial structure upgrade and functional economic space shift of urban. On the one hand, this thesis concluded the interactive mechanism between the creative industrial district and urban renewal, based on the analysis of the creative industrial district at home and abroad. On the other hand, this thesis discussed the case of the creative industrial districts in Shanghai, based on the summary of the theory and practice. Through comparing their changes in the course of development and citing the research data, it is fouud that there is the relationship between the corresponding.Anyway, this thesis revolved the following issues, firstly, what the interactive mechanism between the creative industrial district and urban renewal are; secondly, what kind of interaction channels and interactive mode to show; lastly, how the development of this interaction is shown in Shanghai.The result shows that: "the left industrial buildings in urban renewal are the carriers of the creative industry, and the creative industry provides a new conservational regeneration mode for the left industrial buildings and stimulates the rejuvenation of old urban space" .
