Culture Root And Innovation Path Of The New Zheshang

In a short span of three decades, from a resources small province development until now economy big province, the Zhejiang economy has made the skip-type progress, become one of the fastest-growing national economy and the most dynamic provinces, the main economic indicators in the country has maintained a leading position. And Zheshang, because its achievements, has become extremely impressive in the domestic and even international reputation in the regional business groups.Today, when many scholars to explore the secret of the success of Zheshang, they pay the same attention to the main body of the cultural characteristics of Zheshang. Culture is a continuous process of accumulation and rich, Zheshang cultural is a precisely development by constantly accumulating and enriching, it both has the solid realistic foundation, and the glorious historic tradition, in the process of moving towards the industry civilized it inheritances and developments the traditional Zheshang culture which forms in the agriculture time. Therefore, in order to comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Zheshang culture, not only to analyze the characteristics of the contemporary culture of Zheshang, but also explore the traditional culture of the basic characteristics of Zheshang, understanding the historical roots of Zheshang culture.This article began with the study of the new Zheshang groups, trying to focus on analyzing the new Zheshang cultural from all the influence factors. Through the analysis of traditional Zheshang culture, to find the historical culture roots of new Zheshang, and then combine the characteristics of the present era summarized the cultural identity of new Zheshang and it's beyond of traditional zheshang culture. Analysis the opportunities and challenges the new zheshang faces, attempts puts forward some feasible proposal for the new zheshang development.The author has divided four parts to elaborate the main text:The first part was elaborated and analyzed the growth status of the new Zheshang groups. On the basis of learning from past or others people' studies to define the "Zheshang", "Zheshang culture" and other related concepts, summed up the achievements of new Zheshang in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, emerging industries after the reform and opening up and described the business district features of new zheshang.The second part was analysised the historical roots of new Zheshang culture. The traditional Zheshang culture is forms and develops in the specific region environment, the industry and commerce culture tradition and historical background. Through analysis the conditions and basic characteristics in the formation of traditional Zheshang culture, obtains the new Zheshang culture was developed from traditional Zheshang cultural, the traditional Zheshang culture's essence has been retained in the new Zheshang culture.The third part was summarized the new Zheshang connotation characteristic under the background of the new times. Stated the times background of new zheshang's development and expansion and showed the respective characteristics of the three generations of new Zheshang. Through analyzed the basic connotation characteristic of the new Zheshang culture to find innovation spot which compares with the traditional Zheshang culture, and carries on the explanation of the new task which the new Zheshang faces, also provide some suggestions for the new Zheshang's future development.The fourth part was talk about Zheshang culture takes to people's enlightenment. "bears hardships and stands hard work, dares the manner, the low key practically, group cooperation" and so on spirits not only to give the individual undertaking very big enlightenment and provide the reference to the enterprise construction and businessmen groups' development, also Zheshang culture's change characteristics provided useful inspiration to China's socialist construction and the building of a harmonious society.
