Adjustment Of Industrial Structure: Based On TNT Model

Economic development is the unification of economic growth and structural optimization, between which have an interact with each other. With the coming of economic globalization and knowledge economic, structural facts have play an even greater role in developing our economy, which makes most countries around the world adjust their policy in order to optimize their industrial structure and try to gain the initiative in the new range of international adjustment of industrial structure.This article, proceeding from this background and current situation, using the relevant theories of economy, mainly relies on normative study and analyses from adjustment of Industrial Structure. Around this issue, In the second part of this article, introduced the study of Marxism and Western theories of industrial restructuring. The core of this paper is the adjustment of Industrial Structure based on tradable goods and non-tradable goods model (TNT) in third part. This article explore different avenues to use TNT model to analyze the industrial structure adjustment. Through the empirical analysis based on TNT Model, it proved that the differences of marginal productivity of the industrial structure cause the differences growth of Secondary and Third Industry.It shows the way how to restructuring industries. The fourth section is analyzing the condition of China's industry structure, and comparing it with the other countries' industry. The result is that the industry structure of our country is not reasonable. The author simply introduced the background of global industry restructuring, and analyzed the trend of it by the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. At last, the influence on the industry structure of our country was analyzed under the circumstance of the restructuring of global industry from both benign and adverse aspects.
