The Path Choice Of The Industrial Structure Adjustment In The Urban Circle Of Lanzhou

For long, the path choice of industrial structure adjustment has been the key points of the regional economic research. Whether the leading regional industry can be chosen correctly or not, and whether three major industries within the region are adjusted reasonably or not, involves the package development of the regional economy. The urban circle economy has been the hot topic in the academic world, the route choice of industrial structure adjustment of which must depend on its existing natural condition, resource situation and economical basis.Based on the comprehensive analysis of its economic resources, location advantages, and the economic situations in the undeveloped urban circle of Lanzhou, this paper discovers the main reason for the urban circle's sluggish economical development lies on their shortage of dependence on its existing advantage to establish the industrial development route. So, we should base its advantage of later comer on the related economical theories according to the existing advantage and disadvantage. Following our national industry developing trend at the present stage, the three major industries of the urban circle of Lanzhou should be adjusted reasonably in order to choose the better developing path.With the system analysis approach and the comparative analysis approach, this paper holds that the choice of the leading industry and the industrial structure path in the urban circle of Lanzhou should highly optimize the industry step by step, in accordance with the way of "emphasizing industry, improving agriculture, and invigorating tertiary industry". Meanwhile, guided and supported by the executive departments of the government, the industrial structure adjustment and the regional economical development will obtain a good environment by scientific planning and active financing.
