To develop economic, we should develop the power first. As an important basic industry of the public which is important to people's livelihood, it assumes an important economic responsibility, political responsibility and social responsibility, in the current China build a socialist harmonious society and building a well-off society. Power Enterprise Management Practice has proved that emphasis on human resource development and workers incentives, establishment of high-quality personnel, is an inexhaustible source of prosperity, meanwhile is the key to sustainable development。Reasonable and effective pay system not only can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff and the initiative, promotion of employees to achieve organizational goals, to improve the effectiveness of organizations, also be able to increasingly fierce competition for talent to attract and retain knowledge-based economy of a good quality and competitive workforce。Therefore, the pay issue is the core issue of enterprise development。Gansu power company as a wholly owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation, has been used the old system of pay administration for years which greatly hindered the work of staff enthusiasm and work. How to build a new pay system, to take a reasonable evaluation of each position, to give a reasonable remuneration to each employee for their work, to resolve the increasingly prominent departments, staff dissatisfaction and conflict management has become an urgent need to resolve the pay issue.This article from the pay and remuneration systems theory, analysis on the existing pay system of the Gansu Power Company, analyzed on the current pay system problems. On this basis, this paper, the idea of re-engineering the pay system of Gansu Power Company, is to establish the characteristics and development trend of the current salary of the position to adapt the performance pay system. In accordance with the design process of salary system, we analysis the value of job and job evaluation of Gansu Power Company, and design a performance pay system, job structure, determine the remuneration levels of the corresponding.In order to ensure the normal operation of the pay system, the article also makes corresponding measures according to the law of the management of enterprises pay.
