Salary management is an important part of human resources management,it is the core content of the incentive system, it play an important role which can not be replaced by other way. In modern enterprise management, compensation is no longer a single wage and pure money reward, but the perfect combination of internal and external payment. A scientific and reasonable salary management system, can enhance the trust and sense of belonging to the enterprise, can help enterprises to attract, retain and inspire talents, it is an important management system to improve the quality of human resources and improve the market competitiveness of enterprisesBased on the in-depth study of advanced theory at home and abroad, taking OS company as the research object,this paper expounds the role of advanced compensation management mode on its development. Os company is a small production and manufacturing foreign capital .enterprise. The size of the enterprise is small, the salary model is old. This paper focuses on the development of the company's compensation system, and analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding rectification plan. The paper is mainly divided into six parts.Chapter 1 introduction. This paper mainly introduces the development process and research status of the compensation system. The compensation system of the company was redesigned.Chapter 5 application of OS compensation system. This paper introduces the safeguard measures and the problems and difficulties of the implementation of the new system.Chapter 6 conclusion and prospect.Full text theory with practice, with the analysis of OS specific problems of the company in research, design and develop the relevant, but is not a special case of this study, hope can offer some reference for relevant enterprises.
