On The External Financing To The Leading Enterprises Of Agricultural Integration Of Tianshui

In recent years. Tianshui explored the business models of the agricultural integration actively with its geographical and resource advantages. And now, there is a number of representative agricultural integrated leading enterprises which is taking shape. Agricultural integrated leading enterprises in Tianshui City have played an important role in promoting agricultural and rural economic restructuring, increasing incomes and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of agriculture. But at the same time , with the continuous developing, some problems are also revealed, one of which is a lack of capital ,which has constrained the expansion of production scale of enterprises and industrial upgrading. Therefore, how to provide financing for the enterprises to facilitate their continued access to capital has become a major issue to resolve.This article first defines the concepts of Agricultural Industrialization, Endogenous financing and , at the same time the article presents the theory and research status of agricultural integrated leading enterprises financing. Next the article analyses the status quo and features of exogenous financing which belongs to agricultural integrated leading enterprises in Tianshui, and comes to the conclusion that exogenous financing of agricultural integrated leading enterprises in Tianshui has been severely inhibited. Then this paper analyses the causes of financing dilemma of agricultural integrated leading enterprises in Tianshui, and considers these causes attributed to the drawbacks of industrial chain,the defects of the leading enterprises and the harsh financing environment in countryside of Tianshui. Hence, we propose countermeasures that solving the problem of exogenous financing predicament of agricultural integrated leading enterprises in Tianshui, which includes creating and implementing a superior main supply of agricultural financing; expanding suitable patterns of exogenous financing for agricultural integrated leading enterprises in Tianshui; and the last is strengthening the role of government,completing financing intermediary system,and creating a fine financing environment.
