Chinese And Foreign Enterprises Of Financing Research

The financial ways of enterprises play a role in giving enterprises blood. Which kind of financial way could supply enterprises efficiently the fund is an important subject in the face of our government and enterprises. In this issue, it is very necessary for us to study the financial ways and the financial structures of the developed countries and learn from it. This not only provide a theoretical support for government to formulate economic policies and enterprises to improve efficiency, but also build the theory foundation for us to find and solve the problems that financial ways of our enterprises.The first chapter of the article summarizes and evaluates the theories on enterprises' financial ways and financial structures of the developed countries. This chapter also introduces the development of enterprises' financial ways and financial structures theories in China, and the main issues that the author wound research. Chapter II describes of the financial ways and its related concepts, and classifies the financial ways in accordance with different criteria. The following research is based on these two chapters. Chapter III and Chapter IV are the main parts of the article that research the developing processes of American and Japanese and Chinese enterprises' financial ways, pointing out that American enterprises has formed the security-dominating financial way based on its developed security market, and Japan has formed the bank- dominating financial way based on its bank system. Both respectively have the superiorities. Chinese enterprises have experienced government-dominating financial way and bank-dominating financial way, and are developing to the market-dominating financial way now. Chinese enterprises should not follow blindly American or Japanese enterprises' financial ways, and should choose to the financial ways according to Chinese economical environment. By comparison with American or Japanese, we can find that the market-dominating financial way of Chinese enterprises has some deficiencies still. Chapter V points out that the developing direction Chinese enterprises' financial ways on the basis of the reality of China should be market-dominating financial way, and notes the measures of improving market- dominating financial way.Chapter VI is part of the study findings and deficiencies. The findings are that having analyzed the development courses of enterprises' financial ways of the developed countries and summed up their characters and the economical base, that having found the problems of Chinese enterprises' financial, and that having proposed the measures to solve the problems. It is lack of the study to the role of government in the development of market-dominating financial way in this article, and the study focus on the macro study of enterprises' financial ways and is not enough on micro.
