Research On Development Model Of Qilian National Nature Reserve To Explore The Surrounding Economic

The establishment of nature reserves is a great significance for the protection of natural resources, and to maintain the ecosystem. But the economic development of the surrounding community will be affected: on the one hand, natural resources surrounding communities and the socio-economic life of the residents will have an impact. On the other hand, the economic development of communities will depend on local natural resources.As a national nature reserve, Qilian Mountains' natural conditions and production conditions are very poor. Through a survey on the economic situation of farmers and herdsmen living in surrounding of the Qilian Mountains Nature Reserve, we found that there are lots of problems restricting the area's development. The key to resolving the contradiction between ecological protection and economic development is to find a suitable economic model based on not destroying the ecological environment. The results of the survey shows that there are many socio-economic issues in the community around the nature reserve, such as economic backwardness, population growth, low levels of education, and the traditional concept of local residents.Based on the analysis of the survey, combined with the local reality, and applying the principles of economic development model, the paper put forward the following four modes of economic development in line with the local reality: 1.The mode to develop eco-tourism economic. 2. The mode to promote the adjustment of agricultural structure, and optimize the crop structure. 3. The mode to combine rising with stocking for breed structure optimization. 4. The mode to develop technical training, promote the labor transfer. In accordance with the conditions of these modes to make it come sure, modes' characteristics and the conditions, the paper brings forward the corresponding steps to realize it, for the purpose of building an integrated economic development mode of harmonious socio-economic development in the nature reserve.
