In ancient the Qilian Mountain is known as the "Tian Shan Mountain", is the He Xi people "Mother Mountain" and "lifeline". In recent years, with people of abuse, denudation, abuse of animal husbandry cut, make the Qilian Mountain glacier dwindling, snowline continued to rise. How to find a kind of effective method, to quantitative analysis of Qilian Mountain nature reserve economic-ecological system, has become a very important problem today. This paper based on the coordinated development of the ecological economy-basic principle; Starting from the basic characteristics of the Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve natural resources, socio-economic, ecological footprint model, calculation and analysis of the Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve from2005to2010the per capita ecological footprint and related indicators, the use of GM (1,1) model forecasting Qilian Mountains changes in the nature reserve from2011to2015per capita ecological footprint per capita ecological deficit; Finally, based on the analysis and predictions of the ecological footprint of the Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve is proposed to alleviate the ecological pressure of the Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve, to achieve economic-ecological development of policy recommendations. The results show:2005to2010, the Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve has been in ecological deficit, six years, the ecological footprint per capita annual growth rate of18.11%, stable ecological diversity index, ecological and economic development capacity index annual growth rate of24.65%, the ecological carrying force down rate of27.05%, and the ecological footprint index decreased rate of11.79%; Use of GM (1,1) model to predict the Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve, Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve from2011to2015the per capita ecological footprint per capita ecological deficit will show continued growth, per capita ecological footprint in2015will reach4.986199hm2, per capita ecological deficit reach3.45302hm2. Calculate the ecological carrying capacity of protected areas is far from sufficient to pay the demand of their ecological footprint, protected areas, ecological and economic development capacity of room for growth, better prospects for development. Accordingly proposed strategy for achieving the management objectives of protected areas for sustainable development has important practical significance.
