Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is the fundamental analysis and radical redesign of workflow within and between enterprises, thereby achieve dramatic improvement in cost, quality, service and time management. The basic objective of BPR is not workflow, but to form core competitive power. The core competitive power of foreign trade should be referring to provide customers with continuous, professional, forward-looking services at lower prices in the international market. After join in the WTO, the competition of foreign trade business in China becomes more and more fierce, therefore BPR has been the necessary revolution for most of the foreign trade enterprises to improve their competitive power.As the reasons of the fierce competition between Chinese foreign trade enterprises, and the loss of customers because of the personnel flow, and the appreciation of the RMB, and the tremendous impact from the deterioration of the global economic environment, resulted in a substantial volume of business decline of Ruisen Trading Company. Some reform measures have been put in practice, but it unable to function. Currently the Internal management of the environment is not suitable for the external environment, which has been seriously hampered its development. In order to improve their own competitive power and to reverse the current unfavorable situation, the reform of the internal environment is a must.Based on the overall business process analysis of the status quo for Ruisen trading Company, effective solutions and recommendations has been proposed, and the company's ??ness process has been redesigned, to form a whole new business processes, which will be more suitable to the present situation, to enhance the core competitive power of enterprises, as well as to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises.
