Processreengineering is a complicated system engineering with drastic measures and large impactson the enterprise, however, it will bring the enterprise huge benefits once the processreengineering succeed.This dissertation carried on a thorough research on the basic theory of processreengineering through the actual cases of core business process reengineering in Shenyangcompany, and focused on the concrete research methods to remold business process in smalland medium-sized enterprise by utilizing the process reengineering theory, in the case ofthe actual situation of labor dispatch enterprises.
