Study On Urban Residential Space Of Our Country

Residential space is one of the main and the most important function of city. Residential space of city is the most directed material constitutions which can bear and reflect this function. Like the city itself, residential space of city is in the process of constant changing. The change of residential space is part of the changes of urban space, which is the result of urban social, economic and other factors. At the same time, the change of residential space also brings all kinds of impacts to the urban society and economy. In this context, we used the residential space as the research object in this article, it analyzed the evolution trends of the urban residential space in our country, and proposed practical measures to the problems which were promoted by the evolution, so as to promote the development of the city.At first, the article reviewed the residential space evolution in our country, and analyzed the impact factors of the residential space evolution, the main factors contain the natural ecological environment, economic factor, national housing policy, personal preference for the residence and the development of traffic.Secondly, the article researched the evolution trend of residential space in our country, and analyzed the social context and the driving factors which were produced by this trend. Commercialization of housing, multi-level residential space division and the residents' choice for their residential provide the conditions for the residential space evolution and differentiation, economic development, the guide of urban planning and the housing system reform can promote the differentiation of residential space. We can propose the positive measures to the social impacts which were produced by the differentiation of residential space, so as to reduce the adverse effects which were caused by the differentiation of residential space.Finally, in urban planning, we can adjust and update the existing residential space, and add the residential land-use planning to promote the healthy differentiation of urban residential space.
