Human resource is a key to the success of enterprises .in the 21st century, but meanwhile compensation incentive is not the only process of paying or increasing the compensation level. The effectiveness of an enterprise' compensation management is critical to its rise and decline, and the design and improvement of its compensation system is the core of compensation management in its human resource management. An encouraging compensation system can help a company strengthen employees' achievement, enhance its ability of strategy execution, and give it a strong drive to realize its strategic goal. The plant must constitute a scientific and reasonable compensation system to make compensation an effective tool to satisfy employee's needs, retain talent, maintain competition ability and build a life community of enterprise and employee.On the basis of modern compensation design theory, the paper generally summarizes theories regarding compensation system and compensation management. Then, the paper begins to analyze the current situation of G television station's compensation system. In view of G TV station's internal and external environment, aiming at the problems existing in its current compensation system, the paper studies how to reconstruct a human resource management system that focuses on the design and improvement of compensation system. This paper has a significance of practical guide with regard to the construction of G TV station's compensation system. The paper also has a positive effect of reference for study on enterprises' human resource reform that regards design of compensation system as core. In this respect, this paper can provide itself as an example for the design and study of enterprises' compensation system.
