HOPSCA Arid Zone Research Tourism Real Estate Development Model

With the Changes in the concept of urban development, increasing urban functions, the function of management, reception, distribution and entertainment center has be continued to strengthen . Diversification of urban functions make tourism has become one of the main components of modern urban tourism, In this paper, to explore the tourism real estate development of Urumqi based on HOPSCA, in order to expansion of urban tourism functions, as well as establish a logo of city, to form a new bright spot in city tourism. Through the analysis , The researcher believe that the implementation of Urumqi tourism-real estate development based on HOPSCA model not only necessary but also possible . In this paper, by the design of index system HOPSCA, we use AHP, Single-factor analysis of comprehensive evaluation index and SWOT Analysis, Description build HOPSCA model in the Urumqi is feasible, the main constraining factor is the per capita water resources. Conclusion in this paper, we will provide a new perspective on development of Urumqi city tourism.
