The Analysis On Leading Effect Of Advanced Industry To The Economic Development Of Heilongjiang Province

This article studies the leading effect of advanced industry to the economic development of Heilongjiang Province, at first it carried limits on the advanced industry, introducing connotation and characteristics of advanced industry as well as the relation between high-tech industry; and then , it elaborated the leading effect to economic development of Heilongjiang Province of the advanced industry from two aspects of the theory and the empirical, the theoretical aspect mainly analyzed the mechanism of the leading effect to regional economies development of the advanced industry to lead the; the empirical aspect, first, according to the appraisal result of advanced industry, the present situation of Heilongjiang Province high-tech industry, this article evaluated Heilongjiang Province's advanced industry, on the base of this , it carried on the empirical analysis of leading effect of advanced industry to the economic development of Heilongjiang Province, then obtained that the advanced industry has the most remarkable leading effect to the regional economy. And precisely because the remarkable leading effect of advanced industry, at last this article gave countermeasures to vigorously develop the advanced industry, and then to lead a quick and better development of Heilongjiang Province economy.
