Developing Problems Of Agriculture Circular Economy Analysis In Jilin Province

Jilin Province is one of the old industrial bases in Northeast, it is also an important agriculture produces base of our country. After more than half a century, in especially since the reform and development, the development of agricultural in Jilin had made more progress. But, the overall level of the agricultural economy is not high, the technology content is low, the farmer's environmental awareness is poor, and the whole efficiency of agriculture is not high. For a long time, the agriculture pattern of production is still mainly to behind,extensive,resources consumption, and agricultural resources wasted seriously, which seriously hampered the development of sustainable agriculture. In the face of some problems constraints to sustainable agricultural development in Jilin Province, agricultural production changed and development model upgrade increasingly urgent. Agriculture circular economic is the innovation of curb agricultural pollution and improved the efficient use of agricultural resources. The harmonious development of agriculture embodied is a resource-saving economic development, is an effective path of sustainable development of agriculture, a road to getting rich for fanners, and played an important role in reforming the ecological environment, improving their quality of life, and promoting agricultural development. This paper based on circular theory, ecological economy and sustainable development theory, analyzed the present situation of developing the agricultural circular economy in Jilin Province, trying to evaluate it, to find out the factors of restricting agriculture circular economy development in Jilin Province. Through the study of learning the experience of developing agriculture circular economy at home and abroad, combined the present situation on Jilin Province, for the factors of restricting agriculture circular economy development and the problems on the basis of comprehensive evaluation, given the suggestion on promoting agriculture circular economy development in Jilin Province.
