| With the advent of knowledge economic age, the effects of human capital in economic growth become more and more important, so much as the engine of economic growth, and even the vitalguarantee of sustainable economic development. For enterprises, the importance of human capital couldn't be overlooked because it is one of the source powers of enterprises' development.The organo- conjunction of the human capital and material resources capital of enterprise together created business wealth, so that as the important production factor of enterprises, human capital should be concerned with income apportionment of enterprises as well as other elements.At present, the study about human capital congtribution rate almosr focus on the aspect of macroscopic, to the quantitative study of the aspect of microcosmic view still seldom, hence further study of human capital ontribution rate to quoted company is much more necessary. Capital's contribution to enterprise is as follows: human capital which is the first cause of enterprise development, and the foundationstone of enterprise core competitive power forming, play an important role to enterprise development and determine enterprises' future. Through the analyses of spss, show that human capital positively correlated with the enterprise retained profits obviously, put human capital into effective use could bring more profit for enterprise. Human capital has became the most important resource of enterprise, whcih should participate enterprise retained profits' distribution along with material resources capital according to its contribution rate. Due to the particularity and complexity of human capital, although there have been plenty mode of inquiry about human capital contribution rate and human capital, much insufficiency still in, demanding improvement and perfection. The study use the theory of C-D production function calculating the human capital contribution rate of quoted company for the first time, and give comparative analysis of 10 vocations' human capital contribution rate, which are Gas and Electric and Water Production, realty, Construction, Transportation, Storage, Agriculture, Forestry, Fish-ing and Animal Husbandry, Wholesale and Retail Trade, Social Work, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Multiple's Trade, and put forward the proposals of improving human capital contribution rate and participating enterprise income apportionment. Those submitted each vocation's human capital contribution rate, can use for reference to real work.The main conclusions as follows: (1) The average human capital contribution rate of manufacturing is the highest,and the lowest in Farming, Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Fishery. although each vocation's quoted company's human capital contribution rate to enterprise retained profits is lower than material resources capital's, the human capital contribution rate is ascending, these deeply prove that enterprise increasingly think much of investment to human capital, and the level of enterprise's human capital is constantly improving too. (2) Human capital and enterprise retained profits obviously positively correlated, each vocation's human capital all positively correlated with enterprise retained profits. (3) Human capital and material resources capital should participate enterprise net profit after taxes distribution according to contribution rate. |
