Research On The Profit Contribution Of Intellectual Capital To CNPC

In the contemporary trend of industry, various money-capital and means of production usually become as the core of the main competitive strength with modern societies moving toward the constant development of intelligence. China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)is facing various obstacles under the influence of international environment. Therefore,inspecting the intellectual capital is very crucial to the performance of the company.To the staffs,if the effort that they have made could benefit the company and if the profit should be made as a principle to test the staffs'performance,references can be made by intellectual capital of the influence to the performance of company.This article selects the CNPC sample to the research of this thesis, finishing oil from 2009 to 2015 the first half of the year to the public in the financial statements of the data, according to the quarter for the time division unit, form 26 groups of research data. By combing the literature and theory of logic reasoning, the intellectual capital into human capital, structural capital, customer capital and intangible capital four elements.This paper uses VAIC method to quantify the petrochina intellectual capital, from the six profit targets by factor analysis to extract the common factor, form a comprehensive profit index F. The elements of intellectual capital as explanatory variables, F is as explained variable, to establish the regression equation, using regression analysis method, validation of oil and the elements of intellectual capital has positive effect on profit targets.
