Study Of Model And Tactics On Inventory Control Of Core Corporation Based On Agile Supply Chain

As the theory of corporation management and manufacture skills changes quickly, the theory of inventory control has taken revolution continuously from classical EOQ model to modern tactics of inventory control. Every innovation is outcome of experts'hardworking research. After SCM idea and AM technology appeared, inventory control did no longer focus on the single corporation. This change requires the theory becomes complication, dynamic and effective. So it is not opportunity but challenge.This paper combines the research to theories and model deduction. On one hand, studies on related theories and literature are foundation and advantage of describing model. On the other hand, model deduction helps us to answer the question which is brought forward in theories study.Both of them are necessary and supplement each other.This paper begins with well-knit research of theories. Based on the referring theories of concluding and carding, the system of inventory control of core corporation based on agile supply chain is analyzed in system engineering way. Definitude of boundary and basic problem about system of inventory control provides the advantages to model establishment of core corporation based on agile supply chain. This paper makes the cost optimizing and time optimizing as an entrance of modeling. Both of cost model and time model are established firstly, and then the Cost-Time model is put forward. At last, the writer gives several tactics of inventory control, which can be used and selected by different corporations, and some suggestions of tactics choosing.
