Research On The Influence Of The Local Herdsmen Livelihoods By The Development Of National Cultural Tourism Industry In Ejinhuro Town

In recent 50 years, tourism is the most developed and the most stable industry. It is also the industry in which the market demand growing stronger and stronger. There are more than 120 countries all over the world placing tourism as a pillar industry of the 21st century, as an industry of labor-intensity and great degree of industrial linkage , and its development will lead to a lot of industrial development and increase employment directly and indirectly .The development and construction of Mausoleum of Genghis Khan tourist areas in Ejin horo and the protection of the cemetery restoration has effectively improved the basic conditions for tourism development, increased cultural connotation for tourism, and brought an unprecedented changes to the local tourism. The rapid development of the national cultural tourism industry promotes the traditional livestock economy to a new type of service sector, and provides the promising opportunity for more herdsmen adjusting industry and the Torgouts Herdsmen increasing employment.Based on the brief overview of relevant articles at home and abroad , the article defines the relevant concepts,such as cultural,cultural tourism,national cultural tourism and cultural tourism resources and so on; analyses the current status of national cultural tourism resources ,the local tourism resources, and the state and local policies which are favorable for the development of the tourism in Ejinhoro Town. Based on the analysis, it focuses on the development of tourism on local herdsman's life, and points out that the development of national cultural tourism promotes the increasing employment of the local herdsmen and the stable increase of their income;accelerates the various production and operation of the local herdsmen ,but may also results in decadency of local traditional animal husbandry production methods; updates the local herdsmen ideology constantly; improves the consumption level of the local herdsmen; further enhances the sense of national pride of local herders; affects the ecological environment on which the local herdsmen Survive depend; and speeds the formation and development of the market awareness of local herdsmen, but maybe runoff the style of the traditional simple.The national cultural tourism development in Ejinhoro Town promotes the development of local economy, which is conducive to the local industrial structure adjustment, has a positive impact on the local residents, and advances scientific development of the region in the long run. However, it must be noted that the development of the national cultural tourism industry is in its infancy, there is still a lot of negative impact and problems, Such as: the development model of national cultural tourism is to be improved; grassland ecological and environmental protection needs to be further strengthened; national cultural tourism needs to further extend the industry chain, the exploitation of national cultural tourism Boutiques still needs to be further reinforced; the operator's knowledge and cultural qualities are still low of the Ejinhoro local tourist areas and its Herdsmen;the efforts of market exploitation are inadequate, the source markets overseas are narrow and so on. In order to further promote the development of national culture tourism at Ejinhoro Town, the following measures need to be taken: strengthening ecological protection and rehabilitating grassland ecology; creating a new Chengling tourist area in accordance with the requirements of the new socialist countryside and community; extending the national cultural tourism industry chain at Ejinhoro Town, building national cultural tourism products and further enhancing the cultural content; strengthening of human capital investment and further enhancing the level of human capital of the local herdsmen and tour operators; strengthening the capacity of marketing and expanding tourist market; setting up the joint participation of the main benefits mechanism for the development of tourism; emphasizing the responsibility of the Government which provides policy supports.Through the analysis of development status quo and existing problems of the Ejinhoro national cultural tourism, we put forward the measures which maybe can promote the scientific development of national cultural tourism at Ejinhoro, thereby,strengthen the positive impact and weaken the negative impact on the local herdsmen to build a harmonious new tourist area.
