With the development of computer and internet, we entered an information society and the information industry became one of the most important industries. Information industry in our country, developing with spectacular pace, a top-listed scale among all the other industries, and with a rocket improvement in the export section, has became the back bore of China's economy.Our government inserts much importance on information industry and has taken many measures to cultivate this industry. However, information industry is very complex, which includes many independent and relative sub-industries. These sub-industry policies should be made accurately and scientifically, according to the specific sub-industry and the phase it in. This paper offers an inimitable perspective of policies-decision in China with the compartment of international information industry policies and the research of the domestic intra-relative sub-industries.To begin with, this paper summarizes the concepts of information and information industry, and sums up the current situation and the issues in information industry development of China. Then, the paper reviews the decadent vicissitude in information industry development of China and concludes some useful advice, compared with the information industry policies of leading countries. This advice reveals the fact that accurate and scientifically policies are vital to the information industry of China, and out government should make different policies to different sub-industry of information industry.According to this conclude, the paper use the empirical analysis method to analyze the features and relationship of sub-industries, and propose some suggestions to our information industry basing on the analysis.
