The cooperation between logistics enterprises and customer enterprises can create all-win. But the theory of cooperation between logistics enterprises and customer enterprises in china is not so good. So, this paper tries to sort out research thoughts. Answer the following questions: why to build the cooperation? What is the cooperation? How to build the cooperation between logistics enterprises and customer enterprises? To provide some reasonable advices to logistics practice.The paper define the meaning of logistics enterprises and customer enterprises, analysis the present state of cooperation. Taking the three questions as paramount, central part has mainly the following aspects. (1) Based on the value activity of logistics enterprises and customer enterprises, draw a conclusion that cooperation can form value chain resultant force. (2) Put forward thought that analyzing cooperation from static and dynamic. After analyzing static factor, classify cooperation into three categories-sparse, close, long-term strategic. From dynamic of view, after setting up enterprise life cycle pyramid model, coupled analysis that two enterprise life cycle and cooperation. Put forward three dimensions of cooperation dynamic evolution, and build dynamic evolution theory model. (3) Discuss the meaning of long-term strategic cooperation between logistics enterprises and customer enterprises, analysis his causes, give some building advices finally.At the end, give two cases to bear out the paper's theory.
